Frazer-Nash was delighted to host the first FNConnect event in Bristol on Tuesday 24 September. The initiative brought together Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to connect, and expand their network, alongside technical experts from Frazer-Nash. During the event, the SMEs formed connections, networked with peers and accessed advice to support them with their business journeys.
Frazer-Nash colleagues were joined by 60 attendees for a busy night of discussion, ideas exchanges and speeches across the broad range of sectors represented. Guest speakers included four small businesses showcasing their services (Elemendar, Braided Communications, CirculAIRity and Squad AI), as well as Nigel Barlow an international speaker who imparted insights on garage thinking – building a toolkit to develop your business innovatively and creatively. An engaging panel discussion followed, focussed on maximising business impact through in-person connections.
Sarah Wilkes, Managing Director, Frazer-Nash Consultancy said:
“It was thrilling to spend the evening with people representing a wide range of talent and capability, connected to the UK’s engineering, technology and innovation sectors. At Frazer-Nash our collaborative approach helps us solve complex problems and deliver success for our clients. I believe that by forging stronger connections with SMEs, we can further develop creative solutions using new technologies and approaches.”
We’re excited to build on the momentum generated in Bristol as FNConnect events continue across the UK. With over 100 FNConnect members in our first month, we are excited to see what opportunities develop, bringing like-minded and diverse businesses together to share stories and inspire one another.
